Due to popularity, the earliest that reservations can only be
taken is 90
days in advance of arrival. This allows guests the
opportunity to stay at the hotels without having to book
a year or more in advance.

Rates are for dual occupancy
and there is a $5.00 charge for each person over
the age of 12. Only 2 free children per
rental unit.

When making a reservation
for a Beach House or Condominium on a Friday
or Saturday night a $100 non-refundable
deposit for the date of arrival is required. All deposits are
deducted from the total bill at check in. When making reservations
for a Beach House or Condominium on all Holidays (including 2 days before or
after the Holiday), a $200 non-refundable
deposit for the date of arrival is required.

summer season, a $100 non-refundable deposit
for the date of arrival is
always required when making a reservation for a Beach House or Condominium.
CANCELLATION POLICIES
During the busy summer between June 20th
through September 20th, a $20.00 fee will be charged for each
cancelled room on the guaranteed date of arrival
that was reserved. This is in addition to
the following year round cancellation policy.
The Gold Beach Inn and Ireland's Rustic
Lodges have a strict 24 hour cancellation
policy. If the customer would like to
cancel a guaranteed room reservation, the
cancellation must be given by 2:00 p.m. the day
prior to the date of arrival. If the Gold Beach Inn or
Ireland's Rustic Lodges is not notified of the
cancellation before this time, the customer
would be charged for one day and the rest of the
reservation would be cancelled.
There are
no exceptions to these policies.
